The School of Continuing Studies (SCS) enrolls adult learners who are matriculating in a degree and/or certificate program. Additionally, we have many students who are enrolled as non-matriculating, meaning they are currently taking courses that are not part of designated program.
The SCS offers many stand-alone classes that can meet the needs of individuals seeking to enhance their professional skills or those who enjoy delving into new topics for personal enrichment. As a non-matriculating student in the SCS, you will have access to skill-building courses in Writing, Public Speaking, Communications, Accounting, Computer Information Systems, Grant Writing, Human Resource Development, Strategic Planning, Leadership, etc. If personal enrichment is what you seek, the SCS can offer you courses in the Social Sciences, Humanities, and Fine Arts.
Our course offerings may be delivered in any of our three delivery methods: evening classroom, evening hybrid, and online.
