The School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation
The School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation is a diverse community of students and faculty dedicated to the creation and stewardship of the built and cultural environments. The School is committed to its mission as a teaching institution, while hosting faculty from around the world who have achieved international and national distinctions in their fields.
We prepare students from many backgrounds and experiences for leadership in professional practice, service, and individual creative pursuits. Education in the School encourages the complementary pursuits of learning and practice, reflection and action. Activities
Students will have access to University academic and the Campus Recreation Center with pool and gym facilities. A special program of outings, movies and sports events is arranged specifically for the participants in the Academy.

The waterfront campus of Roger Williams University serves as the backdrop for the School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation Summer Programs. The SAAHP Facilities include an award-winning 45,000 square foot building that opened in 1987, and was expanded in 2005, which includes:
