Professor David Alis is currently the Vice-President of the Network of the 29 IAE, Graduate School of Business Administration, in French Public Universities and the Dean of the Graduate School of Business Administration (IGR-IAE) of the University of Rennes I.
Dr. Alis holds a Ph.D. in Management from University of Aix-Marseille III. He is the school representative in the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the Scientific Council of the European Institute for Advanced Studies in Management (EIASM).
His research interests are in the areas of management science, working time flexibility, work family/conflict, and international and European management. Dr. Alis is the author of numerous articles in the filed of management and has published several books in the human resources management area.
Professor Montserrat Casado is a research professor of finance and economics at the School of Business and Economics of Universidad Complutense de Madrid. From 1998 to 2002, Dr. Casado served as the Vice President of International Studies of the School of Business and Economics overseeing more than 200 exchange sites.
In addition, from 2003 to 2005, she was the Vice President of the Division of Economics, International University, Menéndez Pelayo, in Spain. She is the faculty supervisor of several doctoral dissertations. Dr. Casado has numerous publications in finance and economics.
Professor Guy Deloffre earned his graduate degree in Marketing and Communication from the University of Paris. He is currently a professor and scholar at the ICN Business School, Nancy, France. Professor Deloffre teaches communication, human resource management, and specifically, negotiation and international negotiation. He also conducts consulting through his own company, D&D Consulting and Research.
Professor Deloffre has extensive publications, mainly in the field of models of negotiation processes and intercultural negotiation. He has also written and edited with Jean-Pierre Mourot, a series of 12 educational movies dealing with communication, negotiation, and sales. Professor Deloffre has lectured extensively in several countries including Russia, the U.S., Germany, Poland, England, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, and Mexico. Professor Deloffre speaks French, German, English, and Russian.
Mr. Jean-Pol Mura has over 25 years experience in electronic and data processing technology. He is a qualified electronics and electrical engineer, with extensive multi-disciplinary and international experience in real time software application development, project management, sales and marketing. He began his career with Schlumberger as a software engineer, subsequently appointed as the project manager and then R&D Manager.
He later moved to Germany and gave his career a sales and marketing orientation, working for the Thales electronics and defense group. Back to France, he was appointed Marketing Director in another Thales group division and then moved to ABB as a Regional Unit Manager. He taught technical management part-time at Learning Tree International. In 2004, Mr. Mura joined Siemens Transportation Systems. Currently, he is the Business Director Europe for the Mass Transit business of Siemens Transportation Rail Automation. He has been intensively involved with Automatic Train Control projects and conferences for the past 3 years.
Professor Florence Ramillon is a business and international law professor at the ICN Business School, Nancy, France. She holds a degree (D.E.A.) in Communal Law from Centre Européen, University of Nancy II, in addition to a degree in European Law (DESE). She also holds a master’s degree in Social and Economic Administration from University of Nancy II. She teaches courses in Communal Law, International Law, Comparative Law, and Business Law.
Professor Ramillon is the Director of the International Relations at the ICN Business School. She is a member of several law organizations and associations. She has published several articles regarding different legal policies in the European Union. Professor Ramillon speaks French, German, Spanish, and English.

The Lorraine regional Chamber of Commerce and the University of Nancy II founded the ICN Business School in 1905. The school has retained its original mission, to train the region’s business people, while growing in size and prestige to become an internationally known institution of higher education.
