Architecture

Math Requirement:  MATH.213, Calculus I

Course Prerequisites:  The calculus sequence starts with either MATH.135X, Precal A with Algebra or MATH.135 Precal A. It then proceeds to MATH.137 Precal B and finally to MATH.213 Calculus I.  Students can place out of some or all of the courses which precede MATH.213 Calculus I based on the results of their required math placement testing. 

Math Testing Requirement: RWU Math Placement Test

Note:  Credits earned by taking MATH.135X, MATH.135 and/or MATH.137 do not count toward graduation in the Architecture program. These credits are course credits that are used to determine a student's status (full-time or part-time) for financial aid, health insurance, etc.  The grades for MATH.135X, MATH.135 and MATH.137 are used in the computation of the GPA.
