Biography

Ms. Hunter began her professional career in New York in the film “Hair” and was subsequently invited by the choreographer, Twyla Tharp, to join her company. She performed in the Broadway revival of “West Side Story” directed by Jerome Robbins and later performed in the play at the Chatelet Theatre for six months in Paris. Most recently, she taught at Greenwich Academy outside of New York, where she designed a comprehensive dance curriculum and chaired the Arts Department for ten years.
