This one-day seminar will focus on contemporary leadership challenges identified by participants, to include such topics as diversity in recruiting and training, fitness levels, recruitment and retention, returning veterans, as well as generational issues. Several weeks before the seminar, participants will complete a brief e-mail survey that will identify issues they are facing at the time and the seminar will be designed to address those specific needs.
The instructor is Chief Michael Wynn, Pittsfield (MA) Police Department, who has vast education and experience in the field.
The cost for the seminar is $135.00 which includes all materials.
