As a Professor of Marketing at the Mario J. Gabelli School of Business at Roger Williams University, Lana takes great joy in teaching and advising since teaching is her true passion.   Lana has a B.A. from the State University of New York at Oneonta, a Masters in Economics from the State University of New York at Binghamton and a M.B.A. from Bryant College.  Her professional experience includes twelve years at the Foxboro Company. 

Professor Brackett participates in professional organizations and is an executive member of the American Marketing Association.  Her research areas are: teaching excellence, advertising, social media, and sustainability marketing.  Lana’s scholastic achievements include a “Best Paper Award” and publications in conference proceedings and journals including the Journal of Advertising Research.
