The Master of Science in Leadership degree program at Roger Williams University prepares students to lead high-performing organizations in the globalized world of the twenty-first century. The RWU Leadership degree will distinguish the leader in communication, negotiation, diversity leadership and strategic decision-making – among other areas – and the program will serve both practicing executives and newly emerging leaders from myriad organizational settings.
Leaders emerging from the degree program will possess leadership tools to change organizations, teamwork techniques to improve work processes and will inspire organization members.
While engaged in coursework to build and refine leadership skills, students will learn to inspire those they lead, create flexible organizational structures and cultivate effective relationships to work with the organization’s community and stakeholders.

Curriculum
The Master of Science in Leadership is a 12-course sequence that can be taken online, in-class and part-time. At the culmination of their studies, students will complete a capstone experience in which they will develop network analysis and data-informed decision strategies for leading stakeholders, organizations and organization members.
