The Business Minor

The business minor is designed for students majoring in areas outside the Gabelli School of Business who wish to enhance their academic experience by acquiring business knowledge and skills.  The minor consists of six courses in the Gabelli School of Business. Specifically, students must choose five from the following list:

ACCTG        101              Accounting I: Financial
CIS               101              Introduction to Spreadsheets
or
CIS               102              Computer Applications in Business
ECON           101              Principles of Macroeconomics
or
ECON           102              Principles of Microeconomics
FNCE            210              Introduction to Financial Services
MGMT           200              Management Principles
MRKT            200             Marketing Principles

The sixth course may be any course offered by the Gabelli School of Business. At least 3 of the classes required for the Business minor must be taken at Roger Williams University.
