Class Year:
Home Town:
Middleboro, Mass.

Between the small class sizes, the AACSB accredited school of business, the beautiful campus and being recruited for softball, Lauren knew RWU was the place for her. The starting catcher on the softball team and a member of both the RWU and The Commonwealth Coast Conference All-Academic Teams, Lauren was also the business manager of the Hawks’ Herald, a member of the Inter-Class Council, a member of the business fraternity—Delta Sigma Pi and an Orientation Advisor. While some students take the time to unwind over summer break, Lauren used hers to learn as much as possible—through an immersion trip to Grenada where she took classes and lived with a host family, and more recently, through a summer internship with Merrill Lynch. Lauren got the most she could out of her RWU experience.
