Please be advised that the Department of Marketing & Communications has instituted a new set of policies and procedures in order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of transactions with our many University clients.
Any new job submitted to this department should henceforth be initiated by completing Job/Project Request Form, Photography Request Form or Logo Request Form. This will provide both the client and our department with a copy of the record of the project’s initiation, while helping to ensure the timely and successful completion of all projects.
While the form is not a substitute for personal communication and exchange of ideas, it has become a necessary prerequisite in order to maintain an orderly and reliable workflow in this office, and to ensure client satisfaction with results.
