Classrooms and Lecture Halls

Our Bristol Campus has classrooms and lecture halls equipped with modern audio/visual technology to make every meeting and presentation hassle-free. Our nearby Baypoint Inn and Conference Center location features unsurpassed accommodations, including ergonomically designed chairs, white boards and individual climate-controlled rooms, which are aimed at providing the ultimate comfort zone to keep attendees fresh and focused.

The Baypoint Inn and Conference Center is the pinnacle of our facility. Our guests can enjoy a heated indoor swimming pool and hotel-style guest rooms with private bathrooms and satellite TV.  All of our facilities offer complete accessibility for participants with disabilities.

Dining

Culinary offerings are a mainstay with Roger Williams University's Special Events & Conferences Department. We offer a wide variety of dining options tailored to fit each and every event and budget. From creative buffets to themed events, Roger Williams University's Special Events & Conferences Department works closely with our on-campus catering department, Bon Appétit, to provide our groups with the very best cuisine.

Recreation

Conferences wouldn't be complete without some rest and relaxation. Basketball facilities, fitness center, racquetball and an Olympic-size swimming pool are just a few of the on-site amenities offered at Roger Williams University's Recreation Center.

Want to be more relaxed? During the summer months, enjoy golf at nearby courses, watch feature yacht races in historic Newport Harbor, sing along at one of the famous music festivals and be part of the action at the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Soak up picturesque Narragansett Bay on the Cliff Walks and see how the rich once lived on the famous Newport Mansion tours. Our trained staff can assist or arrange any type of activity that suits your party.

Accommodations

No multi-day conference would be complete without comfortable lodging. Immerse yourself in breathtaking views of Mount Hope Bay, while staying at one of our townhouses with a view of the water. Accommodations include televisions, desks, and laundry facilities. Roger Williams University's conference lodging is available from late May through August. If accommodations are needed during the school year, our trained staff can recommend appropriate off-site lodging to meet your needs.
