Jennifer Barrett Kady of Cannon Design, Boston joins SAAHP teaching Computer Applications, Integrated Practice courses

South Shore Emerson Expansion, South Shore Hospital in South Weymouth, MAJennifer Barrett Kady, LEED AP, CDT of Cannon Design, Boston returns to SAAHP to co-teach Arch 287 Intro to Computer Applications in Design, and Arch 488 Computer Applications for Professional Practice. Kady is a Roger Williams alumna, where she received her B.Arch. degree in 2005. She is current Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager at Cannon, responsible for implementation, mentoring and training, research and development of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for the Boston office, where she works closely with the Design Technology Team. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing digital design and delivery process improvements: company standards, workflow, best practices; project specific implementation strategies with project teams; assisting teams at project start-up to define digital project plan. Prior to joining Cannon Design, Barrett Kady was with Brewster Thornton Group Architects, Providence.
