The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people make decisions and perceive the world. The purpose of the MBTI is to explain seemingly random actions a person does and demonstrate how it is actually ingrained in who they are. The MBTI is a really helpful tool in helping someone understand more about themselves, and to understand their personality. The MBTI provides information on what jobs people with your personality type go into, how they deal with stress, how they manage things, how they work, and how they develop relationships.
