One of the most important items that I have with me at almost all times is my planner. Without it, I would truly be lost and never know what I am supposed to do or where I am supposed to be and at what time. I have used a planner during my entire time here at Roger Williams University. I used one in high school as well, but I need one now more than ever.

It is now November, and with Thanksgiving break around the corner, it is important to know how to prepare for finals, which will quickly sneak up on you by the time you get back from break. Whether you have one final or five, it is important that you prepare well ahead of time and are mindful in your habits. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) assessment is a psychometric questionnaire designed to measure psychological preferences in how people make decisions and perceive the world. The purpose of the MBTI is to explain seemingly random actions a person does and demonstrate how it is actually ingrained in who they are. The MBTI is a really helpful tool in helping someone understand more about themselves, and to understand their personality. The MBTI provides information on what jobs people with your personality type go into, how they deal with stress, how they manage things, how they work, and how they develop relationships.
