2013 RWU Foundation to Promote Scholarship and Teaching recognizes Fenske, Adams, Carranza, Tait, Duffy, and McMillan

RWU’s Foundation to Promote Scholarship and Teaching has awarded six School of Architecture, Art and Historic Preservation faculty course releases or grants in support of their scholarly and creative work. Gail Fenske, Professor of Architecture, received a Fall 2013 course release for her project “Regionalism in the 1930’s”. Edgar Adams, Professor of Architecture, received grant support for his project “Finding Common Ground II: Affordable Housing in Rural Rhode Island”. Luis Carranza, Professor of Architecture, received grant support for his forthcoming book Modern Architecture in Latin America: Art, Utopia and Technology. Anne Tait, Associate Professor of Art and University Core Professor, received grant support for her project “Monumental Studies, Design and Embroidery Techniques.” Elizabeth Duffy, Associate Professor of Art and University Core Professor, received support for upcoming exhibitions of her artwork.
