1st Emerging Artist Program with Mt. Hope HS, Bristol held July-August 2012

The Town of Bristol, RI and Roger Williams University through the Bristol-RWU Cooperative Agreement have launched an Emerging Artist Program, where Mt. Hope High School students can enroll in Visual Arts Studies courses free of charge for college credit. The Program is launched for Summer and Fall 2012 in two courses, VARTS 101 Foundations of Drawing, taught by Rob Rustermier and VARTS 201 Drawing the Figure, taught by Tayo Heuser. The university appreciates the extensive collaboration with Mt. Hope High School faculty and staff, including coordinating faculty Kathleen Dwyer, faculty Lauren Enjeti, Christine Mullen, Kerri Sloat, and Principal Donald Rebello.
