Technical issues should be reported to the University Webmaster at: Webmaster@rwu.edu

A subject should be included: Technical Issue and the body should include a description and a screenshot ('Prt Scr' then paste) if possible.

Technical Issues are as follows:

• Server Errors
• Broken Links
• Missing pages
• Access Denied
• etc.

Once your issue has been received, you will typically be contacted within 24 hours and notified when a solution has been put in place.
