The RWU Department of Marketing and Communications regulates use of university trademarks, including use on web sites.

The Department of Marketing and Communications web site provides information on use of these marks by faculty, staff, students, and alumni of the Roger Williams University. The licensing portion of the web site includes policies and applications for the use of RWU names and marks on merchandise and when promoting products or services.
