In order to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of transactions with our many University clients, any new job submitted to this department should be initiated by completing the "Job/Project Request Form."
This will provide both the client and our department with a copy of the record of the project's initiation, while helping to ensure the timely and successful completion of all projects.
All requests should be accompanied by content, GL#, and quantity to expedite the process.
While the form is not a substitute for personal communication and exchange of ideas, it has become a necessary prerequisite in order to maintain an orderly and reliable workflow in this office, and to ensure client satisfaction with results.
Please note: Projects cannot be started until all final content is submitted. Simply filling out the form two months in advance, without completed content, does not mean that your project is submitted on time.
