Double click on my computer, click once on the icon that is labeled A:\ floppy and then right mouse click on it. Choose the format option from the drop down menu that will appear. Choose the appropriate memory amount to format it with (ex. HD = 1.44mb, and DD = 720kb), then choose how you want it formatted (ex. Quick (erase), Full, or copy system files only).
After printing it, go to the User Services desk and ask someone behind the desk to release it. The color printer is the Hp Color LaserJet 5m (Note: you should either know the name of the document or the number of the computer that you are on so that you can get your print out).

No, we do not allow students to use their own paper in our printers, to avoid paper jams, the need for more frequent servicing of the printers, and unnecessary printer delays. The copy center at the Law School does print resumes on resume paper, which they will provide for a fee.

You can get a disk at the bookstore or we can loan you a disk. All loaner disks are to be returned.
No, Roger Williams University does not have a computer store, but they do sell some computer accessories in the bookstore.
Yes, you can. You just have to have your professor verify that you need the units and reserve it for you. (Note: if the reservation is not for in the Gabelli School of Business then you have to go through the audio visual department)

Sorry while we do allow food and drinks in the building they are not allowed in the Computer Center and they are especially prohibited near the computers. There are some wonderful couches on the first floor that you might enjoy better.
Yes we know, we get that all the time. There are applications on the wall at the desk for anyone that is interested in joining the academic computer center team.
Sorry, no games are permitted in the computer labs. We do not allow you to download any programs on the computers in the lab.
You can play it in a Walkman for you to hear, but playing out-loud for others to hear is not allowed.

Yes, the K:\ drive is a public drive available throughout the lab on any computer. Note: We do clean out the K:\ drive every week, so you should make sure that you make a copy of it on a disk as soon as possible, or you can borrow a loaner disk from the User Services desk( these have to be returned).
